GBMAGFAST goes the extra mile in customer service!! I was having a problem with registering my Heathrow luggage (which I adore, by the way). I was so very frustrated because I was so excited after opening it up and seeing the lovely surprise inside!! MAGFAST does go the extra mile when servicing their products. My problem was resolved and I am a happy camper - I mean soon-to-be traveler!!

GBI'm a fan from way back I'm a fan from way back! My wall chargers still work and I love them and Seymour's concept. During the first crowd funding, Seymour was updating investors and asking for feedback almost on a daily basis. His conscientious efforts then have made it easy for me to choose to support his endeavors now. The magnetic connections are a fantastic upgrade to his products and I, too, believe it to be the future normal. Thank you, Seymour, for your ingenuity, perseverance and hard work!!!

GBMagFast for the win I love all the MagFast products. Being a crowd funded company is especially hard because of the development and production hurtles. MagFast has done a great job of keeping us in the loop on manufacturing and production challenges and breakthroughs. I just received my Heathrow Pro. It is stunningly beautiful and the craftsmanship is beyond expectations.

GBMissing Some of the Order What I ordered, and paid for, never arrived. I did an add-on order to my pre-order. I received only part of my pre-order and none of the add-on. I've not pursued action because you said you were working on this. So I'm still waiting. I like what I've received so far and would like to enjoy the rest.

Would highly recommend all the current products in the market.
