MagFast for the win I love all the MagFast products. Being a crowd funded company is especially hard because of the development and production hurtles. MagFast has done a great job of keeping us in the loop on manufacturing and production challenges and breakthroughs. I just received my Heathrow Pro. It is stunningly beautiful and the craftsmanship is beyond expectations.

I love my Heathrow e-carry on I love my Heathrow e-carry on! It's everything that was promised and more. The goodies inside were the icing on the cake!

Just as promised! My cord started getting hot and just stopped working so I contacted customer service. They were prompt and courteous with their response to my concern. They live up their promise of replacing your charging cord should it stop working. They are sending me a new cord; I couldn't be more pleased as I love how fast it charges!

Great Products but company still just getting going. The products I have been purchasing have been outstanding. Each one is of obvious premium quality, construction, materials and performance. My reason for not 5 Stars, is that orders received over time have neither been timely nor completely accurate. I have had long waits for orders, compared to charges made to me. Customer Service does not respond quickly.
