My only complaint would be there isn’t enough options for coverage for the back of a phone. I wish they made a liquid glass for the back screen but I was happy to find out that the case would cover the back. Overall love this company

Purchased a new smartphone and screen protection Purchased a new smartphone and cellhelmet to protect the screen. It’s been three days since I bought it and still can’t register cellhelmet. I’ve emailed many times and they respond with needing to complete info on a link after which they tell me they’re on it. I was told I need to follow up with cellhelmet. I’ve been in contact with Aaron who hasn’t helped at all. Why do I need to go through all this to register the product for a warranty?? It’s BULL!!!

customer service non responsive customer service non responsive when I had issues trying to register product. Can't imagine what would happen if I had to file a claim. Returned our phones to Verizon. Purchased new phones, applied screen savers purchased online which we were able to apply easily. Have dropped phone many times and have had no problems Also purchased cell helmut wireless charger, also a failure.

I would like to say that I have never… I would like to say that I have never had such incredible customer support like the gentleman that helped me. I was having difficulty registering my product and not only did he reach out to me and called me; he also sent me an email and walked me through the process. I told him that he could give classes on businesses giving great customer service because it’s rare these days to find someone that wants to be helpful. I would rate him 100 out of 5 if I could. Cellhelmet is the most useful and easy to install Cellhelmet is the only cell phone holder I have ever used. Recently I had to replace my original one. The glue became loose. I ordered a replacement during a Black Friday sale at half price. I am very happy to have a new one at half price. Their customer service is excellent.
