Purchased new phones, applied screen savers purchased online which we were able to apply easily. Have dropped phone many times and have had no problems Also purchased cell helmut wireless charger, also a failure.

Damaged USB Cord I purchased a USB cord from a local Verizon store in my neighborhood. After using it for about three weeks it broke. Instead of simply giving me a new USB cord, I was told I would have to contact the vendor Cellhelmet. They were quick to respond and after looking at pictures of the damaged USB cord and my receipt they agreed to send me a new one and waived the shipping charges. Excellent customer service!

Had a charging block with a short and… Had a charging block with a short and is under cell helmet lifetime guarantee. Went to US Cellular and they filed the claim for the replacement immediately only paying for the shipping charges. Got immediate notification the product was being shipped by cell helmet. Couldn’t be more pleased since this product lasted almost 7 years.

I chatted with Eli I chatted with Eli. He was quite helpful in the problem I had. I accidentally requested and received the wrong phone charger cables when I put in a claim. He saw the original receipt and automatically put the new order in to send the correct cables to me. And I didn’t have to worry about sending the incorrect cables back. In a world full of so many problems, issues and headaches… Eli made this easy.

Tempered Glass - Best Investment Ever! I dropped my phone today and it landed glass side down. I always purchase the glass protector, but probably because of the cold, snow, and ice on the side walk, the tempered glass protector cracked. I noticed that on the packaging it lists that it has a lifetime warranty so I reached out to see what that means. For $10.00 I will have a replacement protector for my phone. In the meantime, I discovered that the glass screen on the phone underneath is unharmed! Bonus and Score! Thank you very much. Great product!
