I am giving 5 stars because the… I am giving 5 stars simply because the customer service agents stuck by me for two long trouble shooting sessions when in the end, I discovered that it was MY problem because I had "Do not disturb" clicked on my phone resulting in voice calls not connecting. The service now works fine. My data package is 2000 MB for under $25----reasonable. GPS doesn't use that much---primary reason for me.

ACTIVATION A bit of trouble activating - my own lack of experience - I did not include the oo before the number to use to confirm activation. Called the help number & spoke with Brian - quickly sorted me out

Gino had excellent patience with me and… Gino had excellent patience with me and was very clear and spoke slowly so that I could follow him. I wish everyone could instruct over the phone in this manner as so much easier to understand. I feel he made extra effort to make sure I understood and could make the right decision.

Service Down: Incompetent Response (No Response) I am 70 years old. I use 2FA for this company to access a bank account to transfer funds for a medical emergency. OneSimCard service has been DOWN for two days for 2FA banking. Stuff breaks and that can be excused. What cannot be excused is the poor (non-existent) customer service. No response on phone calls. No response on Live Chat. Warning to potential customers: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Any company that cannot keep lines of communication open when stuff breaks does not deserve your business. It's a DAMN GOOD THING I DON'T HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY AT THIS TIME.
