Unreliable Service As a long time customer, OneSimCard has provided marginal service for many years. It is definitely not what a cell phone user needs. When their service stops working properly - - you report the problem to them, and they give you a run around at fixing it. All of a sudden, their service magically starts working saying it's not their problem. Users should not have to put up with this kind of response. Users need reliable service. update on bank sms verify PEN? The bank SMS text verify has worked quite well the last year or so. I saw the message the company wrote back to a previous customer, in early June 2023, saying the service is down and they are working on it. Here now on June 26 can that same employee provide an update regarding the SMs bank/PEN situation for existing customers? Thank you.

Five Starts for valuable personalized assistance… 5 stars for the valuable assistance received from Gino over the phone for me and wife. He is very knowledgeable about SIM card functions and phone operations (both android and Apple) and patiently explained everything. He also made useful suggestions about data plans based on our specific travel plans including how to get the best value on the different options. We haven't used the card yet so this review is based and very appreciative by the exceptional customer service we received from Gino. We hope Gino gets an extra company bonus for next Christmas. :-)

Happy Ending After an exhaustive month or so on a OneSim Help Desk Ticket trying to determine why my VOIP app did not work on an Android phone, I congratulate the help team for putting up with me. It is not that I don’t like OneSim; I do and have used it for over ten years with great success. When tech things go wrong, I suspect I am not alone in becoming a poor-me bore and a nuisance. Although One Sim did not actually solve my problem, they spent endless time with me trying many solutions. In the end, changing the modem/router in the house had OneSim’s VOIP app working perfectly. In an age where so much of customer service is robotic at best and non-existence at worst, it is great to know that OneSim has real people to keep customers happy and up to tech speed. Thanks guys.

Gino had excellent patience with me and… Gino had excellent patience with me and was very clear and spoke slowly so that I could follow him. I wish everyone could instruct over the phone in this manner as so much easier to understand. I feel he made extra effort to make sure I understood and could make the right decision.
