As mentioned in the other comments As mentioned in the other comments, the customer service is great. Sometimes, things happen and the product fails. I loved my little heater and was afraid I would have to buy another one. But Britany was brilliant! She was responsive and super helpful. I will definitely recommend Turbro to friends and family! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot express how wonderful my customer service experience was. We had an issue with our electric fireplace that was purchased a few months ago on Amazon. The service I received was incredibly polite, patient, and willing to help us try and fix the problem. In the end they provided us with a refund/giftcard to replace our heater. Great product Great product, even better customer service! I have the TS20 and had an issue with the heating component. Contacted costumer service and Britany was a pleasure to work with. This is a great unit for small spaces—a lot of heat output for a small machine, crackling sound & fire doesn’t look “fake”, great vibe! Highly recommend this company. Will be a return customer!

We researched several fireplace options… We researched several fireplace options but ended up going with Turbro. They had the cleanest looking fireplace and I liked the features. Got it on sale, great! Got it delivered and it worked great for quite awhile. Then the control button for the heater stopped working. Emailed customer service and sent them the serial number. A week later they sent us a replacement unit, told us to keep the original. Not sure how they can afford to do that, but I’m not complaining. Great customer service, prompt and respectful. Would definitely buy from them again. Thanks
