I loved my little heater and was afraid I would have to buy another one. But Britany was brilliant! She was responsive and super helpful. I will definitely recommend Turbro to friends and family! GBWe researched several fireplace options… We researched several fireplace options but ended up going with Turbro. They had the cleanest looking fireplace and I liked the features. Got it on sale, great! Got it delivered and found the plastic cover over the control buttons was missing. Emailed customer service and sent them the serial number. A week later they sent us a replacement unit, told us to keep the original. Not sure how they can afford to do that, but I’m not complaining. Great customer service, prompt and respectful. Would definitely buy from them again. Thanks!

GBWe initially ordered our fireplace from Amazon… We initially ordered our fireplace from Amazon and when installed it was very loud. We reached out to customer service to ask if they had any suggestions and after sending them a video of the noise. The customer service rep quickly replies and informed us they were shipping us a new unit. We were able to replace the noisy unit with a new unit that is much quite and meets the expectations. The customer service was easy to work with and we love our new unit.

GBCoolbeans On searching for a AC unit, l purchased this brand that l have never heard of. I'm thankful that l found one that met our needs. Had an issue with the remote and the staff helped me with it quickly. Shout out to Nicole and Britany for their help. If l ever need help with anything concerning my AC, l will call. GBAMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot express how wonderful my customer service experience was. We had an issue with our electric fireplace that was purchased a few months ago on Amazon. The service I received was incredibly polite, patient, and willing to help us try and fix the problem. In the end they provided us with a refund/giftcard to replace our heater.
