A+ Service Aside from their pledge to donate money to a great cause, they paid the most money for my device and had fantastic customer service. From the time I shipped my device to getting my payment on PayPal was about a week (and this was around new iPhones getting released, so probably a high-traffic time for their business). They answered all of my questions, were straightforward, and the entire experience was hassle-free. I’d recommend this company to anyone!

After setting up the buyback with them, I was given a USPS Priority shipping label, and shipped it out the next day. The package was received, inspected, and approved by them within less than two days of receipt, and payment was issued shortly after. This is a painless, easy buyback company with a noble cause. Helpful customer service and good experience Modification to previous comment. Rich from the customer service team was very helpful all time. He kept a good track of email and order status. The prior email delivery issue was solved as well. Sold three devices to them recently. And will come back in the future when I need to replace electronics. Legitimate phone buyer Legitimate. I had some skepticism as it was my first time dealing with this company. Sent my phone with their shipping label. I got paid in 5 business days (which is today, via PayPal). This was slightly longer than their usual turnaround and I was told that they have rolling vacation right now for their staff. Which ended up pushing back their stated 2-3 day turnaround by a couple days. They are responsive to emails. Will use them again for another phone sale.
