A+ Service Aside from their pledge to donate money to a great cause, they paid the most money for my device and had fantastic customer service. From the time I shipped my device to getting my payment on PayPal was about a week (and this was around new iPhones getting released, so probably a high-traffic time for their business). Legitimate phone buyer Legitimate. I had some skepticism as it was my first time dealing with this company. Sent my phone with their shipping label. I got paid in 5 business days (which is today, via PayPal). This was slightly longer than their usual turnaround and I was told that they have rolling vacation right now for their staff. Which ended up pushing back their stated 2-3 day turnaround by a couple days. They are responsive to emails. Will use them again for another phone sale.
