GBBen the Great… Today Benjamin helped me with my internet and got a hotspot started for my and my gf who needed it for college. We are waiting for a modem. Great help getting us set up for now.

GBYet another Xiber outage Yet another outage that Xiber just can't seem to fix for the second day in a row. I have no other options for Internet and am forced to pay them each month by my landlord. Xiber has also failed to provide promised speeds of 250Mbps up and down since last November. Tech support has no idea why. There seems to be no state regulatory agency to report Xiber to either.
