GB$3500 projector was in stock… Said the $3500 projector was in stock on the website. Took 4 days to find out it wasn't in stock actually for another 4 months. Took another 5 days to get a refund. Also never received an order status email when I first placed the order. Horrendous experience!

GBSlow Processing Time. In the age of quick ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon. 3 days to process an order is an eternity. Order still has yet to ship. Order confirmation emails recieved a day after order submission. With all of the options to shop online, turn around time should be much quicker. Thanks.

GBThanks for quick service It was easy to find the projectors I needed and the pricing was good and transparent. Items arrived quickly. Took off 1 star since the pricing wasn't as good as a competitor, and because an obsolete model I wanted originally was listed on the site only to find out after ordering it was not available.
