GBSlow Processing Time. In the age of quick ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon. 3 days to process an order is an eternity. Order still has yet to ship. Order confirmation emails recieved a day after order submission. With all of the options to shop online, turn around time should be much quicker. Thanks.

GB$3500 projector was in stock… Said the $3500 projector was in stock on the website. Took 4 days to find out it wasn't in stock actually for another 4 months. Took another 5 days to get a refund. Also never received an order status email when I first placed the order. Horrendous experience!

MXAbsurd Shipping Charges after Order placed When proceeded to order it was clearly stated that products selected were eligible for Free Shipping. To my surprise I just received an email with an 'updated' Shipping quote for $170, which I find absurd. Thinking of cancelling the order.

The one we chose initially was backordered and delayed, but our contact suggested a comparable projector that could arrive in three days. It did! Great service.
