GBLight Bulb Moment It has been several years since using Projector Superstore. But what I do remember are descent prices, and receiving the items when I needed them. I do remember receiving a replacement bulb that only lasted a very short period of time. I eventually got a replacement for that bulb, but it did not initially come easily.

GBGreat to work with I called to see if an item was in stock, and was told that it was. I asked a few more questions as to ship time & check out. The gentleman who helped me was extremely polite and helpful I placed the order online in a matter of minutes. GB$3500 projector was in stock… Said the $3500 projector was in stock on the website. Took 4 days to find out it wasn't in stock actually for another 4 months. Took another 5 days to get a refund. Also never received an order status email when I first placed the order. Horrendous experience!

GBGreat Service So far my experience with Projector SuperStore has been nothing short of amazing. I found a projector that was selling for much less than other offers I could find - and I looked at dozens of retailers. Also, due to my own error, I made some mistakes in the checkout process and I was disappointed I could not apply a discount I had found...not only did their service team fix the problem I made, but they credited me a discount as well! These people are just amazing. Thank you!

GBPurchased out of stock product, CS made up for it I purchased a product that was advertised on their site. I only found out a day after the purchase that they had no stock of the item. They quickly refunded me, and offered to match the price with another (superior) model for my trouble. I opted out of that purchase however was very happy with the customer service. 4 stars because they should be keeping their site up to date with their current stock situation.
