Already paid for itself My Monnit system has already paid for itself. I've only had the system installed for a little over a month. Last Sunday I got a high temperature notification for one of my freezers. I stopped by our store and someone had forgot to close the walk-in. I was able to save thousands of dollars in potential lost product!

Product works intermittently and Monnit… Product works intermittently and Monnit blames installer straight from EVP, “ you did not follow directions!!” Of course we did and then redid and then redid, their stuff still did not work. Now on RMA and of course a month or so out. Perfect way to share with end customer - incompetence at the executive level.

Monnit's ALTA line has provided a… Monnit's ALTA line has provided a cost-effective solution for our facility to capture data and be alerted of potential issues. The network, sensors, and database are all quite simple to set up and there are plenty of resources available. The products are great!

Does not work as advertised We have about 20k worth of Monnit sensors installed at a large cold storage facility. We have 44 sensors installed throughout the facility none of which are more than 150ft from the gateway. We have never gotten better than 30 sensors checking in at a time. We have worked with technical support multiple times to try to address this. We have pulled all the sensors, re-oreinted them, installed special antena. Again and again Monnit tells us that their equipment "just works" and that we must be doing something wrong. We have probably put $10k worth of labor into pulling sensors in and out of the freezer to try to get them to work. It's hopeless. They just don't work as well as advertised and Monnit refuses to admit it.

Great products, better service Very pleased with my Monnit experience. My sales rep was helpful in recommending the right system for my needs. There was a slight issue with setup, that after a call to their amazing support to determine I had input the wrong settings. Now everything is running great!
