The Evo II Pro v3 is a world-class drone and to date, has performed beyond our very high expectations. Received the purchased product in a… Received the purchased product in a timely manner. At first some accessories were delivered via USPS and the order showed fulfilled without receiving the purchased drone. Shortly thereafter, however, the drone shipment arrived via UPS. The price and service was great. My only recommendation is that the tracking information be provided for the UPS shipment as well to eliminate any confusion. Other than that everything was great and what was ordered was received.

Poor Poor, customer service. Purchased Autel Pro evo v3. Helipad with bundle never came with package. Controller had issues charging for nearly 1 week. Wanted to service a new controller. Stick with a US distributor or brick and mortar store.

So now we are approaching two years… So now we are approaching two years since this company advertised an EVO II v 1 smart controller which they were unable to provide. Took my $1,199.00 quick enough, but have not responded to emails for over a year. MY RECOMMENDATION IS NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They have not contacted me about their inability to provide the product and have not refunded my money.
