I was so pleased to find out I received samples to practice on with my shipment and I was satisfied with the communication from 3D wholesale and DHL. I order sculpfun s10 extended + rotary I order sculpfun s10 extended + rotary. They shipped the machine surprisingly fast. The issue is they did not send the additions I paid for. I only got the default sculpfun s10, no rotary, no extension, even though I paid for it. I am pretty dissatisfied. I have been trying to contact support for days. They dont answer the phone, they don’t return voicemails, they haven’t returned my email, and they haven’t returned my live chat on their website. I am not sure who is managing this operation but how does one get support around here? EDIT: from 2 stars to 5. Dave responded by email and quickly made sure to get the entirety of my order shipped out. Problem is solved and everyone is happy.

The product I received had the updates… The product I received had the updates that most did not offer. Some of those are having an updated air nozzle extra y cable for updating the laser. Sorry they sent me a comgrow z1 10 watt laser engraver. Truly a great experience.
