GBI was skeptical about their validity I was skeptical about their validity. I emailed the organization and quickly got a very human response. I did place an order and it got my product at the best price including free shipping. I know there are real people running their business and they are more than willing to help me with any issues I may have...BUT I didnt have any...Super Duper.

GBOk then, hmmmm Paid for it. Got it. Good job guys. UPDATE: The two extra spools I bought for this machine or not rated for this machine, it says it can take it but the heating element in the temperature of the plate never get to where the filament means and I get spaghetti every time with zero adhesion. Googled it, watched the YouTube videos, and reached out to knowledgeable people and still with me all the Tweaking no luck. Spaghetti, with or without tape on the plate. Am I stuck with two unusable spools?

GBThese guys are on top of it These guys are on top of it. Most definitely better customer service follow through than many other companies. I had a few questions about my order and within 36 hrs (small number of employees) they were back in contact with answers and info. Definitely recommend these guys!

GBI order sculpfun s10 extended + rotary I order sculpfun s10 extended + rotary. They shipped the machine surprisingly fast. The issue is they did not send the additions I paid for. I only got the default sculpfun s10, no rotary, no extension, even though I paid for it. I am pretty dissatisfied. I have been trying to contact support for days. They dont answer the phone, they don’t return voicemails, they haven’t returned my email, and they haven’t returned my live chat on their website. I am not sure who is managing this operation but how does one get support around here? EDIT: from 2 stars to 5. Dave responded by email and quickly made sure to get the entirety of my order shipped out. Problem is solved and everyone is happy.
