I was so pleased to find out I received samples to practice on with my shipment and I was satisfied with the communication from 3D wholesale and DHL. I just want a good printer at a good price. NO SURPRISES!!! I placed an order on March 31, 2022. My printer still has not shipped. They blame this on where I live - Alaska: and Fullfillment by Amazon, I have called numerous times to speak with someone to get actual information beyond just these simple excuses - they will not call me back. Caveat emptor!
