Not anymore, These guys have to be the best I ever… By below rating was true, now not so much.. I am not a happy Camper, and i think they seem to stall at their promise, at first it seems great, till you learn they sold something that is mis represented and they they take there time trying or dealing taking care of you..as they promised..Now it will take along time to get approvals to get a refund? Why? lol..whats up with that? before they told me what I wanted to hear, so that is what I left what I said in the beginning, I will be lucky to get my money back it seems, $3k!! but I will use my apple card to fight them.. These guys have to be the best I ever seen in customer service, always there to answer questions, and on the ball when it comes to your order..above and beyond..

I was skeptical about their validity I was skeptical about their validity. I emailed the organization and quickly got a very human response. I did place an order and it got my product at the best price including free shipping. I know there are real people running their business and they are more than willing to help me with any issues I may have...BUT I didnt have any...Super Duper.

They're a scam! Order #3DW148022 placed in May and they never shipped the order. Reached out to them multiple times. Such a scam.

My shipping issue was ultimately… My shipping issue was ultimately resolved; however, when given an initial tracking number, I found out a week later that it never actually shipped. Customer service encourages email correspondence, which is fine but when on the phone with a service representative, I do believe that there is a customer service responsibility to solve problems in real-time with a real person on the phone.
