GBReminds you why Amazon is still king online Placed the order on the 22nd, on the 25th when I didn't have any shipping updates I emailed support asking when it would ship. On the 26th I got a "ship notification," but it was just that the shipping label had been created - "USPS Awaiting item." Didn't actually get dropped off with USPS until the 28th. Never got a response back from support. I don't mind something taking 2-5 days to ship but waiting six days for them to PUT IT IN THE MAIL really burns me up.

GBI ordered a few maintenance items/parts… I ordered a few maintenance items/parts for my Storz and Bickel Volcano vaporizer because of the availability, discounts and overall much better customer service than S&B themselves. My order arrived quickly, safely and even though I had made a mistake when ordering some of the screens the c.s.r. I dealt with helped me resolve the mistake to my satisfaction. GBNot safe Not safe, I would give no stars if possible ordered a vape paid for next day delivery five days later nothing has arrived. They don’t answer the phone don’t bother leaving your phone number for a call back because they don’t call back. They don’t reply to emails… scam took my money but received nothing

GBDelivery on time Time from purchase to delivery was very reasonable and since the product is working well, I have had no need to contact the company for any further service. The Air II has performed well and is an upgrade from the usual pipe and flames. Much less harsh!

GBThere were problems, but Vapor.com made it better… After my first vaporizer was inoperable when delivered, it was replaced with a better model. There was a mix-up with getting the replacement to me, but now everything is great. The new vape works like a charm. Because of the temperature settings, my experience has been/is beyond my expectations.
