Super fast shipping on all items Super fast shipping on all items. I was actually missing part of my order and vapor.com quickly sent out the missing item after contacting them. I will definitely do business again with them.

Reminds you why Amazon is still king online Placed the order on the 22nd, on the 25th when I didn't have any shipping updates I emailed support asking when it would ship. On the 26th I got a "ship notification," but it was just that the shipping label had been created - "USPS Awaiting item." Didn't actually get dropped off with USPS until the 28th. Never got a response back from support. I don't mind something taking 2-5 days to ship but waiting six days for them to PUT IT IN THE MAIL really burns me up.

Delivery on time Time from purchase to delivery was very reasonable and since the product is working well, I have had no need to contact the company for any further service. The Air II has performed well and is an upgrade from the usual pipe and flames. Much less harsh!

Old Head This is the 3rd one of these that we've purchased. One reason is the affordability and another is simplicity. From one of the old heads at 63 you don't need all the bells and whistles. Bells and whistles are just more complicating to some of the older folks. One problem and a big one to me is the replacing of the screens. Overall it has always been a hit with me. Thanks for the opportunity to speak.

Spent over 300 dollars on a order with… Spent over 300 dollars on a order with this company. Item still has not shipped after a week. No response from customer service after week of trying to get ahold of them. This includes two and half hours on hold. Two emails. Company not opened stated hours either and there chat options are suspended due to covid. Filed fraud charge with bank to get my money back. On your website it states, Our team is working tirelessly to ensure rapid order processing times with same day shipping for most orders placed Monday through Friday, before 2PM EST. IF THIS IS NOT YOUR BUSINESS MODEL ANYMORE DUE TO COVID OR BAD MANAGEMENT. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE TO SET THE EXPECTATIONS FOR YOUR COMSUMERS!!!
