The product was marked as delivered by USPS but I didn't find it anywhere, so I contacted them, and they opened an investigation into it, followed up with the USPS to get this investigation going, and in the meantime, they issued a full refund as the product was out of stock now. Very considerate, timely support team, and great customer support. I'll be buying it from them again because they've been amazing.

Though I received my PAX 3 basic kit… Though I received my PAX 3 basic kit missing everything but the actual vape, I presume this error happened on the manufacturing end and vapor.com was not to blame. Gabby was incredibly helpful in rectifying the situation, analyzing various ways for me to most quickly receive the missing parts. LOVE this grinder Dude I was nervous to buy this grinder because of the price tag. I have never loved a grinder more than this one. It’s so sturdy, the rounded bottoms make it way easier to grab herb out of, the kid’s magnet is incredibly sturdy and the grinders inside are so effective. Everything gets ground to a nice fluffy texture
