I paid extra for expedited shipping, and when they sent the wrong item, they promptly sent out the correct item the same day! They also expedited the shipping on the replacement as well! Order got lost in shipping, but excellent customer service fixed the issue. Original: Unfortunately after a few weeks my pen never came and USPS stopped tracking my order 2 weeks ago. Edit: However, not long after my original review, customer service promptly contacted me and were able to ship me a new pen. They were extremely helpful in getting this situation resolved so I highly recommend using them, seeing how helpful they were. I'm assuming this was a one-time shipping glitch, since the other 3 pens I ordered had no issue. I will continue to order from them in the future.
