I’m writing this review about my… I’m writing this review about my experience with Every Health because I panicked when I read all these reviews & was convinced I’d been scammed. I placed my order through Top cash back site so it didn’t even enter my head that this company could be a scam site as I presumed Topcashback would do a lot of due diligence before adding a company to their site. When I placed the order I didn’t realise the products would be coming from the U.S so when I got emails about customs I didn’t know what they were relating to. I initially had a delivery date showing between 10th April - 15th April but the items didn’t arrive. That’s when I started looking at the reviews & couldn’t believe I’d fallen for a scam especially with the website looking so legit. I logged into my account on their website & it said delivery expected 18th April. My items have just been delivered to my door by my Royal Mail postman. I can’t believe it. I thought I would be able to load photos on here to show you but can’t see an option to do so. I’m sorry to the people who haven’t received their orders but I just wanted to give a review of my experience.

Avoid this scamming company who take… The five star reviews must be fake … Please avoid this scamming company who take your money then hang on to it..,I’m awaiting a refund of 55 pounds. Shocking customer service and bad communication.., do not buy from them I’ll be surprised if I get my money back. The live chat is with someone who can’t understand or is pretending not to. They cut the chat off because they were incompetent and I said so. Doubt I’ll get my money back but will go public and make it known if they don’t refund me.

Order not received & charged for fast delivery. Customer Serv’s not respond Order no. 573586376 Order placed on 12/Apr/2024. Goods not shipped. Order have not received . The money have taken for my account please . Respond to us please. Will spread word and will not purchase anything from this company again.

I read the reviews and was skeptical… I read the reviews and was skeptical given the troubles others have had but received the products in a surprisingly quick timeframe and gift was included. Overall would use again as I've been a long time collagen user.
