Disappointed Website was not easy to navigate and would not allow me to stay logged in when transferring between pages. I tried to ask for customer service assistance multiple times and did not receive an answer. Getting help was not easy. I ordered a package over three weeks ago and still have not received my package. My experience was unacceptable and I’m frustred and unhappy to say the least.

Terrible CS submitted two tickets no… Terrible CS submitted two tickets no response. Called customer service more than ten times unavailable. Received order with my products covered in red liquid " so not happy" did not bother to try and call again. Work on CS its terrible.

Product never came I had ordered the roxylea and had it delivered to my place. However it was delivered and returned back to the facility because it said i had moved and didn't leave a forwarding address. This is false and when I called their customer service line the number was no longer available and my ticket asking for a refund because I never received the product was ignore. Will not purchase from them again.

Bad Experience Unfortunately this was a poor experience from BPI Sports who products I love but customer services is very poor. Purchased a product on a Monday and didn’t get an update on the order other than it wS received. I called BPI on the Friday and they stated it hadn’t been shipped yet and that they would resolve the issue and get it shipped ASAP. I called back on Tuesday the next week after getting no further service updates from BPI and they stated that my order had been cancelled because of potential fraud. I was eventually refunded my money and received no products. Took a week and a half to get nothing. Frustrating. Jim H

Great Service and Products While ya'll making some pretty bad reviews on BPI, I'm just going to leave something positive about the products. I order the Best Protein (Cookies and Cream) and BCAA +Energy (Rainbow ice) which taste amazing and came in within 3 days. Nutrition within these products are great and glad I was recommend this brand from a friend.
