If I could rate zero stars,I would. Update 2024-03-19 Since writing the original review I have had additional contact with Klarna and Elegoo. I received the replacement machine yesterday and assembled it today. It prints nicely. Overall I am pleased with the long awaited conclusion of my complaint. I have amended my rating accordingly. -------‐------------------- Original review -------------------------- I could rate zero stars,I would. I purchased a neptune 3 pro in November 2023 and it worked ok for two months. In January it stopped working from one day to another. Frequent contacts with customer support have been less than fruitful. They agreed to send a new printer once the chargeback was closed but a month later I still have paid 200 € for a piece of junk gathering dust. I believed the positive reviews to my own detriment. If you decide to buy an elegoo you need patience and technical skills in greater measure than I have. I bought through the EU site. Date of experience: February 23,

Great Products Great product Bought the Saturn 3 on August Pre-order to go along with my Mars 3 Pro. Unfortunately something went wrong with the shipment and my order was lost. After a bit of back and forth we agreed to an upgrade to a Saturn 3 Ultra for a small discount and a Bottle of resin as compensation. This would be delivered quicker than waiting for a normal Saturn 3 which would have been end of September. The Saturn 3 Ultra arrived a week later and it is a brilliant Machine that has printed flawlessly. For the Price and Quality Elgoo Machines are excellent. I hopefully wont need another one for a while but I look forward to seeing how the technology evolves in the future.

ELEGOO built out of Greed So for weeks I have been trying to find a solid solution for my problem to my 3d printer which is a Jupiter from Elegoo...mind me that the problem is that there is a misalignment due to the overhang that sits in the printers unit that holds the build plate...now Elegoo denies this but it exits right there in the printer itself and any individual themselves that has studied structural issues can see this....anyway Elegoo constantly refuses to properly fix thos problem by dancing around the issue....in turn we have done several parts changes thinking it would fix the issue. We've swapped the motor to a new one....changed the LCD...Changed the UV Light...The UV Light Board...Swapped the VAT as well...none of these created any changes at all.....we've re- calibrated this machine several times to ensure it functions at peak but Elegoo wants us to tighten screws even more but that's impossible because it will strip them and damage them...At this point Wlegoo does not want to give a solution at all if they did well we wouldn't be posting this complaint....But like many others in Facebook Jupiter group that have a same similar issue many are tired of this company's business policies and lies...Elegoo needs to commit to its customers and so the right thing and stop scamming them before customers begin to abandon them because of their woke policies

I believe this is an excellent product… but poor service on delivery I believe this is an excellent product from the reviews, but I will never know if I don't receive my product. I was told when I first ordered bCk in July it would be delivered early August only to never receive an email or update on what's going on. When I reached out to them almost 4 weeks later I was told it would ship on Aug. 30th, but as of today it has never shipped. I am getting more excuses than results, feels like I am being scammed when a company never reaches out to you and you have to be the first to initiate a conversation with support. I would like to see what the next excuse will be.

Eventually you come to a satisfactory resolution, quality of working products are great! Started the order off with issues upon delivery of damaged items. It did take a while to resolve, but ELEGOO have worked with me to fix my issues and offer complimentary aid as compensation. Big shout out to Jenny in customer services for assisting me!
