Disappointed by Non-Compliance with UK… Disappointed by Non-Compliance with UK Consumer Legislation. Ebay Order: 26-10187-12935 Ebay Order: 23-10153-45840 I bought 2 Mars 3 Pro printers mid 2023. I wrote to Elegoo expressing my dissatisfaction. The machines are unreliable and I wished to return them for refund. I was met by demands to carry out lengthy processes to troubleshoot their own machines. This even included measuring voltages! UK consumer law states the onus is on Elegoo, not the consumer. Elegoo refused to honour the warranty and showed me a nonsense chart of their own making, totally disregarding UK legal requirements. I even offered to send the machines back in return for a more recent model but this request went unmet. Elegoo are not a small company and should know better when competing internationally.

We just received the Saturn unit We just received the Saturn unit, set it up and printed the test castle. It took a bit of time, and two failure before we read the instructions on the white resin bottle. Once we set the base exposure right it printed perfectly. Our overall impression is that this is a first rate unit, professionally built and well thought out.

Great 3D printer company, Great 3D printer company, I bought a Saturn 3D printer that works perfectly. The price for it and a curing machine was more than fair. Its my 5th day and making complicated detailed mechanical and optical prototyping. Good thing I bought 5 extre fep. Would be good elegoo include 1 spare fep, a mini bottle of PTFE lube and a mini pot of grease for the Z axis rod, mine was squealing. Other than that everything necessary was inside the box and had a very good time printing.
