Eventually you come to a satisfactory resolution, quality of working products are great! Started the order off with issues upon delivery of damaged items. It did take a while to resolve, but ELEGOO have worked with me to fix my issues and offer complimentary aid as compensation. Big shout out to Jenny in customer services for assisting me!

If I could rate zero stars,I would. Update 2024-03-19 Since writing the original review I have had additional contact with Klarna and Elegoo. I received the replacement machine yesterday and assembled it today. It prints nicely. Overall I am pleased with the long awaited conclusion of my complaint. I purchased a neptune 3 pro in November 2023 and it worked ok for two months. In January it stopped working from one day to another. Frequent contacts with customer support have been less than fruitful. They agreed to send a new printer once the chargeback was closed but a month later I still have paid 200 € for a piece of junk gathering dust. I believed the positive reviews to my own detriment. If you decide to buy an elegoo you need patience and technical skills in greater measure than I have. I bought through the EU site. Date of experience: February 23,

Customer Service UPDATE Bought a brand new Neptune 4 Pro direct. Machine stopped working within a month. Support based in China so massive delays on responses. Sent wrong parts to try and fix and now being ignored. A lovely Jenny did get back in contact and sent the part I needed and now the machine works absolutely fine. Jenny has done her utmost to accommodate me so have now changed my experience. I strongly suggest for such a popular maker of 3D printing machines that they have a satellite office in the UK or at least Europe for customer service. I don’t mind waiting for parts coming from China as long as I had known what was going on. Having no contact for a week didn’t help.

ELEGOO built out of Greed So for weeks I have been trying to find a solid solution for my problem to my 3d printer which is a Jupiter from Elegoo...mind me that the problem is that there is a misalignment due to the overhang that sits in the printers unit that holds the build plate...now Elegoo denies this but it exits right there in the printer itself and any individual themselves that has studied structural issues can see this....anyway Elegoo constantly refuses to properly fix thos problem by dancing around the issue....in turn we have done several parts changes thinking it would fix the issue. We've swapped the motor to a new one....changed the LCD...Changed the UV Light...The UV Light Board...Swapped the VAT as well...none of these created any changes at all.....we've re- calibrated this machine several times to ensure it functions at peak but Elegoo wants us to tighten screws even more but that's impossible because it will strip them and damage them...At this point Wlegoo does not want to give a solution at all if they did well we wouldn't be posting this complaint....But like many others in Facebook Jupiter group that have a same similar issue many are tired of this company's business policies and lies...Elegoo needs to commit to its customers and so the right thing and stop scamming them before customers begin to abandon them because of their woke policies

Elegoo Always - Anycubic Never Really happy with Elegoo - my product was faulty, but they sent me spare parts immediately and were really polite and professional. When it still couldn't be fixed and I asked for a replacement they offered me my money back right away as they didn't have any stock available in country. The funds were back in my account within 5 days. I wish I purchased more from Elegoo and didn't purchase anything ever at all from Anycubic.
