Cannot trust this company. Terrible business. They stole my money! I purchased a refurbished phone from their website. It stated free returns. Upon receiving the phone I decided we no longer wanted it. I followed the instructions to return it. I never got a refund. When I contacted them again I was told to log into the customer portal, there is none. I contacted them again and they never responded so they now have the phone and my $200! I would NEVER recommend them. They are a very dishonest company

Do not buy! They offer a 1 year warranty which is false. After 6 months my iPhone stopped working, theoretically they should answer my complaint within 24 hours but after a week I have still no answer. They have robbed me, as I need to buy another phone, of course never ever to them again

The phone did not work when I brought… The phone did not work when I brought to the cellphone store. Not compatible with the US Cellular network. Hence the low rating. It would have been a 1 star rating except.....Smarter Phone issued me a full refund after I shipped the product back to them. So their customer service gets a 5 star rating for standing behind their product. On the whole, 3 stars. I am going to buy my next phone from the cell phone company.

The phone I ordered came with fast… The phone I ordered came with fast shipping, was exactly what I ordered but the phone did not work properly. The GPS location did not work at all and the phone kept saying no service. I have sent 10 emails about this problem and the website has been saying down for scheduled maintenance for almost 2 weeks and haven't once gotten a reply. Totally 100% unsatisfied with my purchase.
