Won't give a return authorization number Ordered a side rail for a crisper drawer for a Whirlpool refrigerator. Order was confirmed for 2 side rails. Parts came fairly promptly but were labeled as center rails. Turns out there is no side rail, the entire frame has to be replaced, which is not their fault. Contacted them about a return, completed the return authorization request form and they have been silent, despite me reaching out via their website three times. No unauthorized returns will be refunded and there is a 30 day limit after which no refund will be given. Do not buy anything from this company

Abysmal Return Policy First, there is no available phone number to contact this firm. Only communications is via an unmonitored email site. Second, the returen policy is totally customer unfriendly! The only acceptable returns are those which were never opened or apparently tried to see if the evne fit the unit they are supposed to repair. It's all on the customer to determine whether the part is correct and working properly. Don't ever use this firm if same part is available especially so if it's available on Amazon who has a much better and customer friendly set of return policies. Oh, and buy the way there are multiple methoda for contacting and communicating with Amazon.

They did not and the part arrived over a week and a half later and it was not a good replacement as far as quality. I had already received the exact part I needed from another company. They told me they would send me a shipping label. Never happened. I should have learned but since they said they were sending me the shipping label and apologized I made another order. Again, wrong part came. I got an axle for a wheel instead of the wheel. They are impossible to reach by phone and have not answered my last several emails.

Read negative reviews with a grain of salt I had read some reviews on line that weren't very complimentary. Based on my experience, I got exactly what I ordered, my order was filled immediately, the mailing method I chose was spot on and my product arrived as advertised and quicker than I had anticipated. My experience was TOP NOTCH!
