I want to appreciate the customer… I want to appreciate the customer service I received in the beginning but the ghosting since then has left me more than disappointed. Ordered a product in Oct. 2021 and was told 4-6 weeks. Have followed up multiple times since then asking about status with no response. I see their website now says every pending order has been refunded but that is not the case with me. Trying everything I can think of to get someone to respond before reporting the charge as fraud to my bank.

Beware!!! On 11/10/2021 I ordered a Dimplex Christina Buildrite Electric Mantel Package paying $2,184.05. Their response to my previous one star review was that someone would be in contact with me shortly. There has been no contact. I attempted to contact them; I requested my money back. There has been no communication and no money returned.
