When I emailed customer services they took a week to respond and said, 'they 100% understand how I am feeling' then just used a sandard template response as they didn't address anything I said in my email! You'll be much better off ging for Bootea or Skinny mint!

I ordered the buy one get one detox tea around 2nd week or 3rd week of May and up until now i haven't received it. I contacted them via email, chat and what not (since they don't provide a phone number to call on to) and they just kept sending me freaking emails and responses that its being shipped, its on its way, customer service will reach you and even sent me an email that its been delivered but No, i have not gotten anything. So u know what they can keep my $50...If i can give them zero star i would...

I ordered my beauty fridge and it… I ordered my beauty fridge and it arrived 2 weeks ago. It was a bigger size than I had imagined so I wanted a return. After 4 attempts of emailing them through their customer service website page, zero response. After messaging them through social media, example, instagram, got a response that they will have someone contact me right away. That was 10 days ago, and zero response. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, and it's sad because you see so many instagram "influencers" promoting their products. I wish I had found this page beforehand to know better.

Customer service was emailed ad nauseam, as well as DMs on the IG page- No response for 6 weeks and now I’m going in circles with a clown. What a circus!!! It’s like they’re being ran by aliens or something!! No customer service, ANYWHERE!!! Wasted money and time. BUYER BEWARE!

I'll be back in a few months to see if your customer service has gotten better. Thanks guys for giving honest reviews and saving me from crappy customer service which we see way too often lately.
