GBno payment or communication I sent my phone 2 weeks ago, approved the revised condition/payment amount, but it's a week later now, and still no payment or any communication at all, beyond the initial "send your phone within 48hrs for a $10 bonus", which, looking back on it, should've been a red flag. Would change review if they rectify this situation. EDIT: My issue was resolved by Bing Bong.

GBI had an issue cashing the echeck… I had an issue cashing the echeck (which was no fault of bing bong) Nate gladly assisted me in recieving the money offered for my phones in a different payment method. Nate was kind, efficient and very patient. I would definitely do business with them again!

GBGreat customer service Sent a tablet in and it was received and approved for sale value quickly. There was a glitch in issuing my check but they sorted it out and handled it efficiently. Personalized customer service in resolving a problem much appreciated. I'll send in any old electronics to them from now on!

GBMy office upgraded to new smartphones… My office upgraded to new smartphones after 2 years and we needed to sell 11 iPhones. After looking around and finding this company we decided to give them a try. Overall it was an excellent transa, CS gave us a custom quote quickly. They also sent a shipping label to send all of the phones together which help so we didn’t need to send 11 boxes. Once the phones arrived there was good communication and our payment went out quickly. Thanks very much bing bing tech!
