After looking around and finding this company we decided to give them a try. Overall it was an excellent transa, CS gave us a custom quote quickly. They also sent a shipping label to send all of the phones together which help so we didn’t need to send 11 boxes. Scam do not send Phone Do not do business with these folks they are a scam. I didn't realize what I was getting into.. Communication was all good until it's time for them to pay don't send them your phone, you'll never get your $$$.

They paid me late for my device. I have been trying to contact them for my payment for over a week. My phone arrived at their facility last week... they probably stole it. No response at all. Update: I eventually did get my phone paid over 2 weeks after it arrived, at the right price listed for when I sold it. Also, they recently contacted me and I was given compensation for the error.

no payment or communication I sent my phone 2 weeks ago, approved the revised condition/payment amount, but it's a week later now, and still no payment or any communication at all, beyond the initial "send your phone within 48hrs for a $10 bonus", which, looking back on it, should've been a red flag. Would change review if they rectify this situation. EDIT: My issue was resolved by Bing Bong.

I tried calling them many times since all I get is voice mail and no reply when contacting them by email. How are others going about trying to get payment for your products?
