Problems with order - customer service non-responsive 1) Don't bother calling - nobody will answer no matter how long you wait 2) Customer service is only provided via emails, not timely, with a lot of frictions unless you have really easy case that does not cost them anything to solve. 3) I ordered a brand new item, but received a clearly used item. After several days of back and forth emails with customer service they authorized RMA admitting the problem, but still wanted me to pay for the return shipping even though it was problem on their behalf. 4) As of now still waiting for the reply. If I don't hear back from them soon I will raise the issue with VISA.

Repeat Customer here satisfied... I've purchased twice from Expansys USA. Shopping experience on the web was pleasant. My credit card didn't go through once they tried to process my order and I had to call my credit card company and call back Expansys to have them try again. The phone number in the email wasn't working so I called the main number instead. Product was shipped immediately based on my shipping selection and my purchase was packed securely. I would definitely buy from Expansys again.

Horrible customer service They canceled my order without notifying me. I tried to call their customer service number during business hours, and it played a recording on loop telling me to use the "live chat" feature on their website. Said live chat does not exist. I then sent an email to their support team, who sent me a completely useless response. Do not order from this company!

Incompetent Customer Service Ordered a phone and paid extra for expiteded shipping. Item still hasn't shipped a couple days later so emailed to ask when it should arrive. I was told that they were only expecting stock a week later, I replied to then cancel my order. The following day I got another email that the item had shipped. I emailed again and was told now, they couldn't cancel it as it had shipped already. Eventually managed to get them to request FedEx return the item to them. I had to speak to 3 different customer service reps who had no record of each preceding conversation and the whole affair was unnecessary and extremely frustrating. Not so much as an apology or even, recognition of their mistakes.

Not delivered on time The shipment was not delivered on time. I was expecting on Thursday (based on 9.95$ shipment charge for at max four day delivery). Instead received shipment on Monday. Even the fedex status was not updated for last three days. Company delayed shipment because of shipping address and credit card billing address was different. They should have put this check during check out and warn the customer that shipping address and billing address can not be different.
