Family.... That is exactly how I feel about WTS Media. They are the most accommodating 'business' I've ever dealt with. The product I've received from them is second to none. Their prices are more than reasonable. Their genuine concern for building long-lasting business relationships is paramount. They truly care about their clients, and treat them like family. I sensed it when I first contacted them, but genuinely felt it when I toured the Chattanooga facility recently. Let me tell you - my CSR, Christy Bowen is simply awesome!! We needed a simple 7 song EP replicated … We needed a simple 7 song EP replicated and manufactured and looked around all over the internet and by accident stumbled on WTS..They not only helped us design the package but they walked us thru everything needed to complete the project in the time needed...Customer service was excellent, communication was excellent and we are going to use them from now on...Their price beats anyone out there and the quality is first rate...

WTSmedia worked for our band on price … WTSmedia worked for our band on price and turnaround time. It took a few days longer than we wanted, but we still got our CDs in time for our release. Our sales representative worked with us through emails and phone calls to get things worked out and corrected. The biggest Pro in my mind is that you are able to reach a real person by phone as well as email, but having the ability to talk with your personal sales rep. is a huge help in my mind. One thing to keep in mind when planning a CD release or having a deadline is that WTS has a Monday through Friday work week, so it is a good idea to compensate for that and get your project started sooner than later. Overall, our band is satisfied with the results.

WTS is a great company to work with My band has had a great experience working with WTS. They are incredibly affordable, friendly, provide good-quality material, and address any issues immediately. We've only had CDs printed but I'm really glad we went with them. We're on our fourth batch and plan on sticking with them.

WTS is the BEST! Affordable, communicative, efficient quick....all the things you would want from a manufacturing facility. If you're an environmental friendly type, they have plenty of options, included recycled products. We've used them for our past 5 albums and could not be happier. Even when we've been under the gun, we get our orders in time.
