NOT RECOMMENDED Ordered 2500+ cd's from this company and had issues from beginning to end. I dealt with Christy Bowen who was very unprofessional. She attempted to make my company pay for shopping twice as our items were returned to sender because of their error. Then their graphics team messed up our covers by not centering the font. She refused to accommodate and was rude. We're seeking legal action. WTS is not recommended.

WTSmedia worked for our band on price … WTSmedia worked for our band on price and turnaround time. It took a few days longer than we wanted, but we still got our CDs in time for our release. Our sales representative worked with us through emails and phone calls to get things worked out and corrected. The biggest Pro in my mind is that you are able to reach a real person by phone as well as email, but having the ability to talk with your personal sales rep. is a huge help in my mind. One thing to keep in mind when planning a CD release or having a deadline is that WTS has a Monday through Friday work week, so it is a good idea to compensate for that and get your project started sooner than later. Overall, our band is satisfied with the results.

Family.... That is exactly how I feel about WTS Media. They are the most accommodating 'business' I've ever dealt with. The product I've received from them is second to none. Their prices are more than reasonable. Their genuine concern for building long-lasting business relationships is paramount. They truly care about their clients, and treat them like family. I sensed it when I first contacted them, but genuinely felt it when I toured the Chattanooga facility recently. Let me tell you - my CSR, Christy Bowen is simply awesome!! I heartily recommend WTS for any of your Media needs!!

Always very helpful!! We have done business with WTS and Larry Russell for over 20 years. Larry has been the kindest, most helpful gentleman through all of our many ministry projects. He has helped Trinity Baptist Church and Ralph Sexton Ministries with CD’s, DVD’s, covers and digipaks. He has never complained when we called with an “emergency deadline” we had to meet. He has been very helpful in getting the right products for the best price. We wouldn't want to do business with anyone else, as we have been “spoiled” by having the best rep ever!
