GBCouldn't ask for better customer service!!! 5 stars hands down!!!! I've been doing business with WTS for years and i wouldn't change a thing about their company. Anytime I call, email or drop by I can always count on Marianne, Rhodie and Adele to provide great customer service. These ladies are such friendly people and I enjoy doing business with them. I can definitely say I look forward to many more years of doing business with this company.

GBLonger turnaround than advertised, no metadata, cheaply made. I ordered 500 4-panel digipaks from WTS. 1) They advertise a "5-day turnaround" What they don't tell you is that they don't work weekends or holidays, it takes 2 business days to get your files approved, and that they start on "Day 0". Between all of this nonsense, it took 12 days for FedEx to get my shipment (not including shipping time). 2) When inserting metadata to my CDs, they said they couldn't use an umlaut over a "ü". I'm not sure if they don't do any non-English characters, but an umlaut u is pretty basic. As half of my song titles are in German, this was a problem. 3) Speaking of metadata, they don't bother to tell customers that they don't submit your metadata to Gracenote. That means you receive 500 CDs without info when you put them into iTunes. I contacted my mastering engineer and he confirmed that he'd never heard of a duplication company that doesn't submit to Gracenote. I contacted a few other duplication companies and they confirmed that it is standard practice to do so. 4) The digipaks are cheaply made. I dropped my digipak 1x and the inside CD holder broke off. To see if that was normal, I took another artist's digipak printed by Disc Makers and slammed it on the floor 5x. It didn't break. 5) The print job is mediocre. I sent them digital art that had an fair amount of detail done by a professional artist. The overall grand picture looks OK, but some of the intricate details of the art are somewhat blurry. That being said, I gave them 2 starts instead of 1 because the CDs work and their customer service is quick to respond (albeit with negative news). Other than that, I am very dissatisfied.

GBWTSmedia worked for our band on price … WTSmedia worked for our band on price and turnaround time. It took a few days longer than we wanted, but we still got our CDs in time for our release. Our sales representative worked with us through emails and phone calls to get things worked out and corrected. The biggest Pro in my mind is that you are able to reach a real person by phone as well as email, but having the ability to talk with your personal sales rep. is a huge help in my mind. One thing to keep in mind when planning a CD release or having a deadline is that WTS has a Monday through Friday work week, so it is a good idea to compensate for that and get your project started sooner than later. Overall, our band is satisfied with the results.

GBWTS is the BEST! Affordable, communicative, efficient quick....all the things you would want from a manufacturing facility. If you're an environmental friendly type, they have plenty of options, included recycled products. We've used them for our past 5 albums and could not be happier. Even when we've been under the gun, we get our orders in time.

GBVery Satisfied - Library Quality DVD Binders/Sleeves All aspects of my order were met and/or exceeded. Ordering process and shipping was excellent and all items were packed/shipped properly. Actual products were as described, library/archival quality build and materials. I will order these many more times in the future (this is my second bulk order). Ordered for long-term storage of my personal archives of media.
