WTS is the BEST! Affordable, communicative, efficient quick....all the things you would want from a manufacturing facility. If you're an environmental friendly type, they have plenty of options, included recycled products. We've used them for our past 5 albums and could not be happier. Even when we've been under the gun, we get our orders in time.

Actual products were as described, library/archival quality build and materials. I will order these many more times in the future (this is my second bulk order). WTS is a great company to work with My band has had a great experience working with WTS. They are incredibly affordable, friendly, provide good-quality material, and address any issues immediately. We've only had CDs printed but I'm really glad we went with them. We're on our fourth batch and plan on sticking with them.

Great customer service - not the best UV Coating. While I have noticed that the quality of WTS packaging has become better than it used to be, the cover is still not as glossy and does not match that of DiscMakers. The price is better and the sound quality is great. My customers want great sound quality and the best price, and this is why I still opt to use WTS for printing their CDs. I'm a graphic designer/photographer who helps local music artists with their album covers and up to this point, I have only used WTS for the work I've received. I love the customer service and I feel we have a good relationship. I have not have any trouble with my orders and everything has been fine, but recently, I have been approached by a few musical artists that want the same quality packaging as DiscMakers. They have high gloss UV Coating and I am not sure if WTS offers that yet. If not, then perhaps I have not been clear with what I want in my orders. That's really the only thing that is a negative for me. Other than that, everything else is fine.

NOT RECOMMENDED Ordered 2500+ cd's from this company and had issues from beginning to end. I dealt with Christy Bowen who was very unprofessional. She attempted to make my company pay for shopping twice as our items were returned to sender because of their error. Then their graphics team messed up our covers by not centering the font. She refused to accommodate and was rude. We're seeking legal action. WTS is not recommended.
