Give it a try, but expect nothing from them! I ordered a power bank from this company 8 months ago!!! I contacted them several times and each time hoping that they will answer and tell me that they will send me the product. Each time I reached them, they were sorry for the inconvenience and told me to wait for the confirmation email that my order is on the way, which never came. In summary, I spent 100$ and time on a SCAM. From this experience, I 100% do not recommend this firm. Please stay away from it for your own sake. By the way, they manage review on their websites to their liking by deleting the poor reviews.

I cannot recommend this company I cannot recommend this company. I made a contribution through Indiegogo for the Elecjet Apollo Ultra Powerbank. The battery display stopped working, and the company has been unresponsive to my attempts to contact them. The product is advertised as having a 24 month warranty, and my Indiegogo contribution came with an additional 12 month warranty. I've sent messages every few weeks and have tried through Indiegogo, their website's live chat, email, and even Amazon. It's been 10 months, and I haven't received one response from them.

Promised a Replacement under warranty, Radio Silence Battery screen went bad, I have been promised a replacement and now radio silence. I follow up with emails asking for updates and still nothing. 2 year warranty does no good it there is no one to support it.

I backed this company on Indiegogo for… I backed this company on Indiegogo for a powerbank. I got neither the powerbank or my money back, just lie after lie after lie excuse after excuse after excuse countless times like a broken record. Absolutely the worst company I have ever seen, just shocking business practise to take someones money and fob them off in every way possible. Disgusting.

I have contacted the company mulitple times, waiting weeks for replies and told my order would be ship ASAP. About 6 months ago I gave up trying to get my order fulfilled until I get an email from the company asking me to remove my trustpilot review. The cheek! and they even called me by the wrong name in the email. I agree I may delete my review if they fulfilled my order but still nothing. Joke of a company avoid like the plague.
