Ditto all the one star reviews... Folks, I call this the "non-customer service company". As well confirmed by the overwhelming number of one star (mostly because zero stars not an option) these guys are liars and thieves. Fortunately for me, I received the treadmill I ordered however the trouble began when I tried to get some customer service on the "lifetime warranty" I purchased. I've been working on this for six months and I'm finished with these people (which I'm sure they count on). Now I'm taking my campaign to the BBB, social media, and the CA Attorney General.

I purchased a 7 Series treadmill and… I purchased a 7 Series treadmill and have an lifetime extended warrantee on 6/7/2011. I contacted the company in January 2018 because it no longer worked and the motor needed to be replaced. I contacted them repeatedly and their phone number was no longer working. All I wanted was the motor replaced that was covered by the extended warrantee. Have repeatedly contacted them since 2018 to no avail.

SO FAR SO BAD on Invoice #127132 What part about I'll call you back do they not understand. Although I'm not past my delivery due date of 23 Sep 2013 I've emailed twice and called several times with the same results...nothing. My sales rep Andrew didn't bother to call me back yesterday after he promised he would and all attempts to get status on my already paid for product with expedite shipping falls on deaf ears. I believe I've wasted my time and money on this business; already started seeking legal help. But they are so nice till they have your money...

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FITNESSBLOWOUT.COM Paid almost $3,000 dollars for a exercise machine - found out I'll never receive it. Jim the owner will take your money and never deliver. I contacted the local police dept who stated the address listed for the business is actually a dentist office who has no idea who fitnessblow.com is nor are they part of the business. The address listed is fake. More than likely Jim runs this out of his house. The police made contact with Jim at his home. An arrest warrant should be issued shortly from what I was told by Sgt Guierrez. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS! !!! The California Dept Of Justice is in the process of filing the paperwork to have the business closed/shutdown. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Worst company ever Bought 8 elipticals 6 arrived in poor condition 2 of the 6 did not work at all. They refuse to fix anything. I received authorization to send 2 back. 18 months later they still refuse to send me my refund. 20 months later they still refuse to fix anything. They sent out a repair tech to inspect the equipment. Their tech stated that several of the elipticals needed to be replace since they were in such poor condition. They were bought as refurbished.
