Badly engineered GR-R39MD refrigerator We bought a GR-R39MD refrigerator on May 2014 from CSH branch in Kedah state. From day we noticed that the freezer doesn't freeze properly it took 3 days to start freezing and water always overflow under fridge. I called the support and their guy only came to adjust the position of the heater and ofocurse water kept flowing out. After 3 years Ice started accumulating in the freezer compartment and at certain point the refrigerator doesn't cool the food anymore and many times food will turn bad. When we called the support, we got the feeling that they don't really care. They asked for money just to come and inspect although was still under warranty. We resorted to defrosting accumulated Ice manually from time to time which started every 8 weeks and now reached every 10 days and as u can imagine it is a pain in the ass that every Toshiba buyer will face. Good h.... Toshiba, this is our last Toshiba in our house.

Nothing but lies I was promised a refund for the $400 air conditioner I bought that stopped working almost immediately. A refund never came. After sending dozens of emails asking for an update, they finally replied and blamed me for “lack of information” although I had originally sent everything they asked for - all of my contact info, my receipt, proof of purchase, serial number. They asked for the exact same documentation and I provided it again. I was then promised a refund that would arrive in 7-10 business days. I was unsurprised when that cheque never came. Now they are back to their old tricks of simply ignoring me. Do not buy Toshiba products unless you enjoy throwing money away and being lied to.

Poor Quality TV's Toshiba do not stand by their own manufacturing defects in their products. Their TV's are complete rubbish! The EPG takes nearly 5 minutes to boot up to display programs and schedules. The remote control output is not received and actioned by the TV for nearly 5 seconds after pressing the buttons on the remote. Clearly these and firmware issues that Toshiba will not take ownership for and want to charge for call out and repair! Save your money and buy a Sony, LG or Samsung instead. At least they work and are much better quality. Plus they understand customer service if their products have a problem! Poor show Toshiba, hence why so many customer are complaining about your company and products!

Terrible! A FIRE BROKE OUT because of the air conditioner and they don't cover the loss! A fire broke out because of the air conditioner that we'd bought 1,5 years ago and they don't cover the loss. When my husband started the maschine, he felt a smell of cable and shut down the air cond. Then he called the technical service and they said the smell came from the dust stucked into the air conditioner and they would come the nex day. About 15-20 min. later, the air conditioner started to burn while closed! After all, we got survey report and the reason of the fire was proved, the fire was coming directly from the air conditioner and we called the authorised company in Antalya/TURKEY and they don't accept to cover the loss and also accuse us having not serviced the machine. But the service did not even come despite the smell of cable! Isn't it obvious that it could be sth serious??? We are suing right now and suggest everybody not to buy their products!
