GBHung up on me I got a message that my Toshiba SSD (not laptop, but the SSD inside it) was nearing imminent failure. I'm very tech savvy and know that each individual SSD vendor has their own utilities for testing their own drives. I was unable to find anything on Toshiba's website so I called Customer Support to ask - and after the person rambling on and on in poor broken english, ignoring my question and just continuing on with his script ... he finally just hung up on me. It was a pretty simple question - the answer was yes or no - do you have software available for me to test your drive. Loser customer support, loser rep. Poorly done Toshiba.

ESIs there really a customer service in Toshiba? I am trying to contact Toshiba to download a driver that does not exist on its website for my laptop model, something that I do not already explain beforehand. I can't get in touch with any human being. And I, as a human being that I am, have already made the decision not to buy any product of this company again 😤

GBI have a toshiba satellite laptop that… I have a toshiba satellite laptop that is the worst electronic product i have ever owned. I never seen a computer do so many updates and take hours and yes hours to update. If the computer was not new i would throw it in the trash compactor!
