GBScreen protector film for S23 Screen protector film for S23 is absolute garbage. Instructions aren't clear, the various tabs and covers attached to the film don't come off properly when trying to install and the result was about as smooth as the surface of the moon. Went in the bin. Ridiculously expensive for what it was and a high standard delivery charge.

GBiPhone Pro 15 Bad Fit Order came in time but defender case for iPhone 15 Pro is a poor fit. The buttons suffer from 'phantom press' in the case as it's too tight - basically makes the phone unusable. Attempting return ATM - will update if a good process

GBSCREWED IN WARRANTY! My case broke after a few months and, it was replaced and broke again. Now my model is discontinued and Otterbox does not offer replacement or reimbursement anymore. I found one on Amazon for $29 bucks and I asked them to buy that and ship it to me. Seems only fair since I was still in warranty that I paid for and they couldn't honor it, But they didn't like that option. Here's what they offered to make me complete: 1 New case to use on another phone. I only have 1 phone????? OR 2. Buy a new phone and they would give my 25% off a new case for the new phone. what a load of BS! OTTER BOX has proven to be another company that continues to throw crap in a box and walk away from the mess they made. Untrusty. Poor quality products. Extremely high pricing. Hopefully I let others know how crappy OTTERBOX really is. just another POS from China!

GBPeel This Tab 1st, didn't peel anything When trying to apply the screen protector, it said to Peel this Tab. which I did and it wasn't connected to the film. I set it aside and then realized that is the screen protector and figured out there actually is a film. The little Peel tag didn't do anything. So I peeled off the film with out a tab, put the screen protector back in the template and it went on crooked so now the camera is covered up. Now, how do I fix that?

GBWarranty is Misleading and False Advertising My husband has had an Otterbox on his phone for about 4 years now. It finally is on its last leg from normal wear and he decided he needed a new one. I realized he could get a replacement through OtterBoxes warranty that they offer on ALL of their cases. WRONG!!! I was told that ALL of the cases for his phone had been discontinued and they no longer carry any for his phone but they offered him a discount for future purchases. What is he going to purchase if all the items for his phone are discontinued? I sure as heck do not use OtterBox and absolutely refused to after this so that discount was pointless. What is the point of the lifetime warranty if it's not actually a lifetime warranty? Misleading and false advertising. Do better.
