NZTerrible customer service I ordered an Apple Watch case from the otterbox online shop 3 weeks ago. As I confirmed the purchase the page froze. The full amount was deducted from my bank account, but I received no confirmation email. I have sent 4 emails to their customer support but only received an automated email that says that someone will be in contact within 72 hours. It’s been 3 weeks and no one has been in contact. For such a big company otterbox has terrible customer services.

GBSo I got a new Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra… So I got a new Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra which is crazy expensive so I decided to go back with a brand that was amazing back in the day never had a problem with them paid $100 for this new case within 6 months I cracked my screen and then a week later the phone case broke they have went so cheap with these cases

GBTerrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Product not delivered despite ordering over 2 weeks ago. Been told I need to wait an additional week. Wished I’d checked TripAdvisor first.

AUI wish like others I read they reviews… I wish like others I read they reviews first. I unfortunately purchased the wrong product and wanted to return the phone case. What they don't tell you that you have to return the case to Hong Kong at your own expense, which in my case it half the price of the product. Usually companies like this have depo in countries of the purchase to make returns easier. NOT OTTERBOX
