no product delivered. i bought ear buds in december and they never arrived. mifo on this site not contactable. months later i had my bank reverse the transaction. there should be an option for a no star rating. avoid this site and dont give them an opportunity to scam you.

Mifo - Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. Reported faulty earbuds. Was ask to ship them to their Wellingborough support centre. Mifo confirmed receipt and promise to send me replacement. That was 1 year and 3 months ago. I am still chasing... Unbelievably poor customer service. Although I like their products I would avoid going forward because of the terrible customer service experience. Mifo really need to care more about their customers. They currently don't seem to have the faintest idea how to do this.

Battery life degrades quickly. Non-existent customer service! Earbuds we're great when I first received them but battery life reduced very quickly. One of the Earbuds has now stopped connecting. Have reached out to Mifo customer support 5 times and no response.

Disgusting company! I bought some earbuds from mifo in August 2023. A few weeks later, when they still hadn't arrived I contacted them. I tried the chat, email, every way I could. No joy. Eventually they responded and told me the colour I had ordered was not available and they didn't know when it would be. They asked if I would like another colour. I said no and could I please have a refund. No response. 2 days after this exchange I had a notification that they had been dispatched. I received the incorrect buds at the end of Sept. I sent them back, at my own expense, and they were received by Mifo on 8th Oct. Over the next 6 months I emailed them on a weekly basis demanding a refund. I would be told it was being dealt with, week in and week out. I eventually tried the Mifo.Au customer services and nearly 7 months after they received the buds back I GOT A REFUND!!! How disgusting that they would have happily seen me out of pocket by £90 and that they thought they could fob me off with another colour. Avoid these people at all costs.

A Satisified Customer I've been using Mifo earbuds for 5 years almost daily for commuting to/from work and the gym. I've never had any issues and find the sound quality outstanding. Very comfortable too..
