GBWhen you finally receive your earbuds When you finally receive your earbuds, keep your fingers crossed that they continue to work ok. If you have a problem, forget any response. Customer services is completely useless. I had over thirty email conversations with (Steve) whilst they palmed me off with excuses. Eventually asked me to return the item and acknowledged I was within my 12 month warrantee. Still nothing. Complete rubbish and I feel sorry for anyone who buys from them. They don't deserve to be trading. Don't even think of buying from them and save yourself the pain and anxiety I went through.

GBBought mifo earbuds 18 months ago Bought mifo earbuds 18 months ago. Have had continued issues with charging and now a single charge only lasts 20 minutes. This is particularly disappointing given the exceptional charge times advertised. Have also given up trying to contact mifo. They do not have a contact email and their online chat bot is a complete waste of time. In short the high cost and good reviews are completely unjustified. Strongly advise buying from this unreliable company.

GBIf I could leave zero stars I would. Avoid! If I could leave zero stars I would. Headphones (earbuds) lasted about 10 days. Then the problems started. No customer service at all! Took weeks to get the address to send earbuds too. Then nothing! They have now had earbuds for 3 months and no refund or replacement. Horrendous! Avoid!

GBSimply terrible Simply terrible. The headphones they sent broke, they ultimately sent a new pair, which did not work, and it's been nearly a year since that period I still have not received a pair of headphones. Staggeringly inept and seemingly not far off fraudulent.

GBNo Communication or receipt of order from Mifo I Placed an order 26th January 2024 for Ear buds which were due for delivery within 5 business days which I haven't received. I have contacted Mifo via email and through their chat/message option on their website and no one has come back to me. An absolutely appalling service from MIfo all I want is my money back now!
