BEWARE!!!!! I placed an online order to Appliances of America on July 27, 2015 (Order # W8256). $3,494.00 was immediately deducted from my banking account. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone there. It took them three months to let us know our item had been discontinued. We then canceled our order and was told it would take 2-4 weeks for reimbursement. It’s been 4 months and we don’t have a refrigerator or our money. Please check them out on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) website.

As bad as it gets. The New Jersey Better Business Bureau have an alert on this company and an F rating for good reason. Until recently their company address was a tiny used appliance store. When that game was up they now have an address which appears to be a medical complex. In short, I wish I had researched this company properly before handing over $2059 that I only got back several months later after registering a dispute with my credit card company. Appliances Of America never sent me the item I ordered and never gave me the refund they had promised. There are things I would like to say here that I dare not for fear of having this review deleted just like all the other negative ones this 'company' receives. In short, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Appliance Company of America (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. Mis-representation Air Fryer Oven: My wife bought an Appliance Company of America (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. Air Fryer Oven: ACA Model ATO-EAF26A as a birthday present. Capacity quoted as 26Litre. Ideal. But it looked small so I measured the oven internal dimensions: 32cm w x 18 cm h x 31.5 cm d = 18.14 cu cm = 18.14 litre WHAT A JOKE! As a follow up: The Company have refused to take it back and refund. Buyer Beware!

Promised everything and got nothing. Price was good but no appliances ever showed up! Never got a update stating appliances were being shipped or anything as promised. Still waiting on a refund. Have disputed charge on my credit card. Also seller disputed my review on here claiming he had no record of me as a customer. I had to send a copy of my invoice to trust pilot to prove I was a customer.Once he billed my credit card. He was done with my order. He asked me to review him right after I placed my order, How can I review with out even receiving the product? BBB has an alert on Appliances of America as well and rates this company a F.

Why Doesn’t Anyone Make Quality Appliances I remodeled my kitchen, four years ago, purchased all new kitchen appliances, fridge, double oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave. The Whirlpool double oven was replaced, within the first year. It took Home Depot months to replace it, even though I bought extended warranty,. I went 6 months without ovens. The Samsung dishwasher is the worst dishwasher I’ve ever owned. It’s been repaired, twice. The Samsung refrigerator has had two broken plastic parts, inside the fridge, the ice maker is broken, the fridge is making a different noise, mold is growing in between the plastics the drawer is made of, (there is no way to take the drawer apart). The LG stove top works well, but the knobs have broken and melted. I spent thousands of dollars for crap appliances. I would gladly take back my 20 year old appliances. I’m a 64 year old woman, it’s just my husband and myself, living here, so my appliances don’t get rough use or overuse. I will be buying new again, within the next year. I will NEVER buy anything from Home Depot, and will not purchase any of these brands again, except Whirlpool.
