Never buy from this site! Never buy from this site. I was naive and found their website to be trustworthy with their (fake) reviews on the site. I ordered a headset in September, 2 months ago, and have heard nothing, other than an order confirmation Email. All attempts at contacting the company has failed. This is clearly a scam. The website is continuesly being updated with new offers and models, though there is no real company behind it.

All measurements are way way off A nice looking watch, but don't rely on anything other than the time and date. The Bp, Bs, workouts, sleep measurements etc. are just way off, maybe as much as 30%. But because they have stolen all your personal information, its a victory for them. I've tried 2 support emails and their official site messaging and no answer regarding my request for return. The delivery date may be intentionally delayed so that it's impossible to protest your charge card when you've already paid. This is fraud even China might not approve of....

Abysmal Customer Service My SE7 noise cancelling headphones were great when they worked, but they suddenly ceased charging. I have not exposed them to damage, force, or any fluctuating temperatures. Good news that I'm still under warranty, right? Wrong, you cannot get ahold of anyone. I've received no response from my email, form submission, or message on Facebook. I called the number and although the person who answered was nice, she took my information and then quickly told me she would have to pass it along to someone who could help and hung up. What the hell? Why would you have someone answering phones that cannot help you? What a dysfunctional company.

I tried the phone number that is actually in NY. I am totally disgusted with this company. I doubt I will received a credit even though they are paid for. One start is for prompt shipping, nothing else.
