GBOrdered E7 headphones on 10/12/23 got… Ordered E7 headphones on 10/12/23 got confirmation email stating they would ship in 24hrs. One week later no contact. I have sent multiple emails and gotten no response. Tried calling several times and you get a recording that states no company info but ironically it is about an app to stop scammers! Recording then says to hold for representative, phone rings then elevator music. Rings twice more then disconnect. After research there are many consumers with the same story, even on their face book page cowinoffical. I have filed a dispute with CC company.

GBAbysmal Customer Service My SE7 noise cancelling headphones were great when they worked, but they suddenly ceased charging. I have not exposed them to damage, force, or any fluctuating temperatures. Good news that I'm still under warranty, right? Wrong, you cannot get ahold of anyone. I've received no response from my email, form submission, or message on Facebook. I called the number and although the person who answered was nice, she took my information and then quickly told me she would have to pass it along to someone who could help and hung up. What the hell? Why would you have someone answering phones that cannot help you? What a dysfunctional company.

GBGreat product but absolutely awful Customer Service Great product but absolutely awful customer experience. I bought a pair of headphones that arrived and worked as expected. However, they don't fit me right and were uncomfortable so I wanted to return. Good luck. I've tried emails, the refund form, phone calls, and anything else I can think of to no avail. Seems like this company only creates products while everything else is sham. I'm completely done with Cowin.

CASimilar to many others here Similar to many others here - I ordered a replacement pair of E7s after using mine daily and loving them...but no delivery two months later, no response to any customer service emails...nothing.

GBDo not buy anything from Cowin Audio bought the E8 headphones from Cowin… BUYER BEWARE! I bought E8 headphones from Cowin Audio in March of 2023. They promised a two a two year warranty extension. After the first two months the headphones stopped charging. Since then I have been trying to get my headphones covered under warranty. I made every attempt to contact them. Here it is 12/24/23 and I have not heard or seen any response from them. Buyer be beware! Now I see Cowin Audio advertising on the TV. I am very frustrated.
