GBChanged repair appointment to prior day… Changed repair appointment to prior day without consultation which wasn’t convenient and then tried to book original repair date which online showed fully booked! Only option was to take a later date . Tried calling to speak to an agent and after going through several options got an automated voice saying “ thanks for calling and Goodbye” :-(

GBThis service has been absolutely awful. This service has been absolutely awful. Not only did the last agent hang up the phone on me within two minutes after being on hold for 13 minutes, I’ve also had my repairs cancelled twice within the last week including today 1 hour before the expected time slot with no explaintion. I’ve had the inconvenience of not being able to use my appliances for me, my new born, my 7 year old and my partner for almost two weeks now and my laundry is piling up due to this inconvenience. I’ve have to spend an abundance of time and money to try and work around this issue buying my newborn new clothes and travelling to family members houses to use their appliances to get my son’s school clothes sorted. Not impressed with this service at all.

GBDear me! I get through to someone and then I'm getting cut off!!!!! Im phoning because an engineer broke my plug socket and I want it fixed. I'm not one to make complaints, I just want it fixed and they keep "putting me on hold" the cutting me off!!!!!

GBCustomer service don't understand the word service Customer service couldn't help me because of their computers. Then they misunderstood my device. Then they hung up on me just before their call line closed so I couldn't talk to someone.

GBHotpoint compact tumble dryer Need a hot point compact tumble dryer (as I have limited space) to replace one I’ve had for over 16 yrs . Purchased my replacement at start of Jan , received it in March - it was damaged - had to wait till start of April to get a replacement- also damaged- just received a 3rd machine , also damaged - told replacement might take another 35 days to receive - terrible product and have a terrible time trying to get through to and speak to people at hotpoint to resolve this.
